Arbitration Court for Commercial and Labor Disputes - ASTRS - is an institution for the permanent activity of arbitration in civil disputes. The institution performs the activity of arbitration in civil disputes, which includes organizing and ensuring the operation of arbitration courts.

The activity is carried out based on the provisions of the Law on Arbitration, other legal and by-laws, and by ensuring the appropriate number of arbitrators, experts and other personnel under the conditions and in the manner prescribed by law.
